Kassin + 2 (also known as the + 2′s) is a Brazilian band from Rio that composes samba but, at the same time, incorporates the sounds of funk and Psychedelia into their music. As of recent, they did the music to the anime Michiko to Hatchin.

I recently saw a music video but don’t remember the name of the song or the artist and it’s driving me crazy. Perhaps you can help.
The singer is male, and the video features a tv set in the background. You can see a woman dancing in the tv and at the end of the video she breaks out of the screen.
Can you help me with either the song or the singer, or both?
