In four years of career, they achieved four Gold, three Platinum and one Diamond album in Brazil and released various hit singles, becoming the most successful Brazilian girl group of all time.

Cachorro Grande (Portuguese for “Big Dog”) is a Brazilian rock band from Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul. The band was created just for the lead singer’s need of writing songs to his platonic love, Carmen Luiza Djalbu Kerk. In 2003, the music video for Lunático was nominated for Best New Artist at the 2003 MTV Video Music Brasil. In 2007 they won the MTV Video Music Brasil for Best Live Performance.

Caetano Emanuel Viana Teles Veloso (born August 7, 1942), better known as Caetano Veloso, is a composer, singer, guitarist, writer, and political activist. He has been called one of the greatest songwriters of the century and is sometimes considered to be the Bob Dylan of Brazil. Veloso is most known for his participation in the Brazilian musical movement Tropicalismo which encompassed theatre, poetry and music in the 1960s, at the beginning of the Brazilian military dictatorship.

Fernanda Sampaio de Lacerda Abreu, more commonly known as Fernanda Abreu, was born on Rio de Janeiro at September 8, 1961. She was the backing vocal of the band Blitz until 1986. After that, in 1990, she started a solo career singing funk, disco and dance music, achieving great success in her native country. Since then, Abreu has been considered the first lady of Brazilian funk.
